These terms govern your use of the MASAR website and the services offered through it.
The nature of our services
MASAR is an independent educational initiative focused on studying in Indonesia. We provide information, guidance and professional support services including document preparation, application submission and follow-up. We are not a university, a scholarship provider, a government body or an embassy.
Limits of responsibility
Admission and scholarship decisions are made solely by universities and providers. We guarantee no admission, scholarship, visa or other outcome, and we accept no responsibility for the decisions of those bodies.
Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to publish correct and current information, but requirements, deadlines and fees can change at source at any time. The official source of the provider or university is always the authoritative reference.
Student obligations
You undertake to provide accurate and complete information and documents. Providing inaccurate information may lead to your application being rejected or later cancelled by the institution, and we accept no responsibility for that.
Fees and payment
The fee for each service is agreed in writing before work begins. The quotation you receive sets out the amount, the payment method and timing, and any refund conditions. We do not start work until you have accepted the quotation.
Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement by written notice. The quotation sets out the effect of ending it on amounts already paid and on work completed to that date.
Intellectual property
The content, logo and design of this site belong to MASAR and may not be republished or used commercially without written permission.
